Why do I not receive the LoginTAN via e-mail?

If you do not receive the e-mail with LoginTAN, please check your spam folder or the filter settings of your mailbox first. Furthermore make sure that there is enough space for another e-mail.

Please check in advance whether you have set up a 2-factor authentification (Google Authentificator) and therefore do not receive a LoginTAN by e-mail, but instead have to enter a one-time password generated by your authentificator.

If you are sure that you have not activated 2FA and are using freemailer such as googlemail.com, gmx.com or web.com, please check your spam folder of the respective mail provider in the web interface directly.

If you use your own domain to receive e-mails, please contact your network administrator. Experience shows that an insufficiently configured greylisting procedure used by your mail server can delay and / or block the receipt of our emails.
