Express trading from the perspective of the buyer

For your purchase of bitcoins, you reserve Euros on your Fidor account. You can determine the amount and duration of the reservation. Of course, a reservation can be cancelled or modified at any time. The reservation has to be confirmed with an mTAN that you receive from the Fidor Bank AG via SMS.

Upon the successful reservation, you go to our marketplace and choose an offer that is marked with the Fidor Logo . You can filter the offers on the marketplace and only view offers that are bought via the Fidor API by express trading.

You want to accept an offer and would like to purchase the bitcoins via express trading? Just click on “Immediately buy now (with reserved funds)”. Afterwards we instruct the Fidor Bank AG to initiate the transfer of the purchase price to the bank account of the seller. Once we receive a positive reply from the Fidor Bank (this usually happens within a few seconds), the bitcoins will be credited to your account on Bitcoin.de within a few minutes. The funds on your Fidor account and on your reservation will be reduced by the purchase price.

Express trading from the perspective of the seller

You have agreed to the supplementary agreement for use of the Fidor API and your offers are therefore being marked with the Fidor Logo. Buyers with a bank account at the Fidor Bank AG can purchase your offered Bitcoins with previously reserved funds. Bitcoin.de instructs the Fidor Bank AG to initiate the transfer to your bank account. Upon confirmation of the transfer by the Fidor Bank AG, the bitcoins will be credited to the account of the buyer. Should you have a Fidor bank account registered on Bitcoin.de, the Euros will be credited to your account within a short time. With all other banks, the receipt of payment based on experience may take a few hours up to a maximum of two bank business days.
